The following is a comic series I started in 2019 that I have since abandoned.

"Lost Face" is a series about a young girl who's body has been stolen by a demon, and she must travel the underworld to retrieve it. Throughout her journey, she faces many trials that force her to confront her fears and reconcile with her identity.

I stopped working on this comic for a number of reasons, mostly because the style established was hard to maintain, and the story I had planned for it became more muddied the more I thought about it.

Even though I am no longer working on this comic, I may restart it again in the future using the experience I've gained. If I were to do this again, I would draw it digitally, but I would attempt to keep this scratchy inky style (in a cleaner way). I would also condense the first two chapters and simplify the exposition.

Below is all the material I have for this series, though some of the pages have been edited slightly.
Chapter 1 (Completed):
Chapter 1 was completed in the summer of 2019. It was illustrated traditionally with ink pens and markers, and later edited digitally in Photoshop to add text, background tinting, and corrections.
Chapter 2 (Draft)
The draft for chapter 2 was finished in the Fall of 2019, but was never completed due to time restraints and life circumstances.
Concept Art
Below is the concept art I still have stored away. Unfortunately, I have lost the majority of the story-based concept art.
